KISADO Interval Fitness®

Combining elements of martial arts training, yoga, kickboxing, plyometrics, bag-work, mindfulness training, and nutrition, KISADO® is the ultimate training regimen that reflects sports science trends and scientific research.
Elite Counter Aggression Training
Tiger-Rock’s Elite Counter Aggression Training combines taekwondo skills training, strength and conditioning courses, and the Tiger-Rock Clinic series to enhance your martial arts and self-defense skills as well as your physical fitness training. Elite Counter Aggression training is designed to be flexible to individuals of varying fitness levels, and includes skill building in focus disciplines including taekwondo, Han Mu Do, grappling, sparring, Personal Protection, and Traditional Weapons.
These programs are offered in conjunction with our core programs. You must be an active Tiger-Rock member to participate in these programs.
